A very touristy place risen in popularity by Hollywood marketing industry. There are more beautiful islands to see in the Phang Nga bay, Koh Phanak is the best spot to visit. Koh Hong is more crowded but nice too. More

This all day tour is fun and relaxing. You get to island hope and see a lot of the islands, just not for too long. Amazing deals on pearls. If you have been to Thailand you know you bargain. You should also be able to get this tour for about 900 Baht. More

There are so many beautiful islands in the area, so it was nice to just soak it all in. But James Bond Island itself is a tourist trap. It's overcrowded, full of cheesy souvenirs (which of course are overpriced), so that put a damper on the trip. It's still worth it, just don't plan to spend much time on James... More

Good to go there, but man is it a busy little place now, and once your on the little island, then they got you. After dropping you on the island, there is nothing to do after about 15 mins of looking around. Everything on the island, including water is way way over priced. But thats what happens when you have... More

2900 Baht per adult, 1450 per child. I had tried to book with Simba Tours and Phuket Sail Tours (who were dearer) but could not get through to them. We're picked up at hotel at 9.15am and driven to Marina (45 min), staff were very friendly and easy to understand. Got a speedboat (lifejackets available) to Panak Is which then... More

A very long day spent mostly in a minibus. Visited the bridge to mainland, Monkey Temple, then to Muslim fishing village, boat trip to James Bond island. The tour was ok but nothing I would rush to do again. Huge tour groups seemed to follow us everywhere and I came to loathe tour guides with headsets and mini amplifiers. More

This was the most amazing aspect of my trip to Thailand. However the actual "James Bond Island" is just a snippet of the entire trip. Our tour visited 4 different islands, but all of Phang Gna Bay was phenomenal and inexplicable. From Bat Cave, to Hong Island, our own personal tour guides on the kayaks produced such a wonderful experience,... More

The James Bond island and its fantastic rocks are completely invaded by loads of small shops selling trinkets and loads of noisy groups (with loudspeakers to boot). Absolutely disgusting! Its a shame that the authorities have allowed such a thing to happen in such a beautiful place. Best just to go around it in your boat... no pleasure in stopping... More
