The meals (lunch, dinner & breakfast) served on board the cruise ship were terrible. Transport van that took us to Ha Long Bay was packed to the max making it uncomfortable throughout the 4 hours journey.

I booked the tour to with high price however the boat is old&dirty The weather is very cold but no AC In our meal, there nothing to eat. Prawn is so tiny. I feel so .... disappoited. Never go with this this boat

It was a good trip, although it would have been better in a group. I booked a group tour, but was the only 3 couples on the tour. The guide and driver were friendly. The weather was overcast with sprinkles and I imagine much more scenic with better weather. The food on the boat was quite good.
