Accidently came across the statue. Dont waste you time looking for it. Surprised that it is still standing. The park was small but pretty.

Opposite the War Museum and on the edge of the embassy area of Ha Noi - interesting in terms of the throwback to another era of the Cold War and the Soviet era that is no more.

Do not go there just to see the statue. Its not worth it. Its a small park, thats it.

There is a small nicely landscaped space in front of the statue.

It's ok but you know - if you weren't passing that way you wouldn't go specially.
