Took our kids here on Saturday night. Show only takes an hour so doable for kids. Show is in Khmer-spoken but English translation is available. Great introduction into Cambodian culture and celebrations. Benches are fairly uncomfortable after an hour (not very deep). Bring mosquito spray. Would definitely recommend.

If you have been to Thailand, I think you would not be too entertained by them. They have ust as many tribal related dances that I think Youtube can do just a good job. their dances felt very global as me and a friend could identify movements and sounds of South Africa, Togo, Indonesia, even a morris dance like routine. It was fun

There are 3 shows, we saw one theatrical show and the dance show. Both were equally wonderful! The theatrical show took you on a journey from birth to death in the Cambodian traditions and the dance show was a cocophony of splendid music and expression. Well worth a visit to both or all three shows!

This performance has the ability to capture your attention and for a moment lets you feel like you really see something ancient that's still a live. The show is a bit cheesy but overall worthwhile. Honestly there is very little to do in PP and would not recommend travel to this city, esp for more than 1-2 days if going to Cambodia. Bring mosquito repellant and wear long clothes even if hot. The show is outdoors and we got eaten up despite using mosquito repellant.
