This is the renewed old downtown of Beirut where it is only allowed for pedestrians. Enjoy the cafes spread all over, and the restaurants, however, I do not advise anyone to smoke the Arjeela in those Cafes, although they change the hose (disclosable) but they do not wash it or change the water between customers.

Excellent rejuvenation of the area. It is high-end, so take this into consideration in terms of the restaurants, shopping, etc in the Beirut Souks area, Downtown, in general... Very well maintained. Lots of churches, the beatiful blue-domed mosque, archeological sites...

This place is great, you have all the Shops, Restaurants and a very nice walking area at night. Would strongly recommend going there if you are in Bierut, consider it a must see

This is where you will find the designer stores nice place .....n some covered areas nice places to go and eat after a days shopping....so put your feet up and enjoy the variety of food available at the resturants finishing off with a smoke of shisha and watch the world go by.

The fruits of Rafiq Al Harriri, this reworked part of Beirut is a pleasant place to walk. Retail outlets are little limited in the sense that they only cater to premium customers, but overall, the walk is still pleasant. It can get boring very quickly though - it isn't a large area by any standard.

This is the heart of Beirut and is absolutely gorgeous in architecture and charm. It is the single biggest destination for toursits in Lebanon.

Newly build city center is beautiful and you may not believe that you are walking in a MiddleEastern city, all store are luxury branded and cafes and restaurants are easily comparable with ones in Monaco or Nice. You will love the place for sure...

this place is great. its like an outdoor mall and it has all kinds of stores in this souk.stores are opening in the souk more and more each month.i would recommend going to this place
