This area is worth a drink to soak in the drinking scene. It feels like spring break all year round. Great for people watching.

Walking around this place at night with all the neon lights and bars operating, you'll feel like you're in Harisson Ford's movie. The crowd is pretty decent, so the tourist need not worry about the place getting too rowdy. There are some good restaurants also for those who don't want to drink.

You can have a great time there, if you're with the right people. But you can have that everywhere. The clubs and bares are average at best. For drinking in the crowd, this is the place to go in hong kong.
This is a great place to visit for dinner and drinks - people watching is amazing as you'll see mainly ex pats hanging out at the bars.
It gets really busy on a Friday and Saturday night with people out on the one way streets by the hundreds.
Make sure you visit, prices are good not too pricey and they...

We visited a few bars in this area, all very busy, and also very expensive. But the crowd was friendly, and the music was good. We had a brilliant night, cabs easily available from outside
Whether you're in Hong Kong for business or pleasure, take a night out to visit Lan Kwai Fong. It is perfectly located at the Central area and has a good line-up of different hotels, clubs, and bars. Have dinner there, have a few drinks, meet some new people. It's definitely a good place to unwind and let yourself loose.
And that is not a compliment. Loud shot bars, drunken tourists and noisy restaurants. And totally drunk British tourists everywhere. It feels just like Spain.
It's how the picture looks. Lots of parties, lots of people and lots of booze. An interesting place to meet new people. The party literally spills onto the streets. It's interesting because it's right in the heart of central and is up two slightly steep roads. Don't wear your highest heels.
Ahh, one of the main reasons I go to Hong Kong. This area is loud, crowded and bustling with people so be warned if this isn't your scene. Come after 8PM where the bars slowly get filled with people kicking back after a long hard day at work or after a day of exploring what HK has to offer. Although...

We visited Lan Kwai Fong in the early evening and really enjoyed the fun vibrant atmosphere of the place. So many little bars and restraurants to choose from. We had a bite to eat and a drink at a Lebanese place named Beirut. Great food there!
