Wish we had found this place sooner. So beautiful and laid back. Can't wait to return some day. More

This Beach was probably the nicest Beach I have ever seen 20-25 years ago. Now you have so many package tourists running around, littering careless all over the place. Don't even think about spending the day on a towel in the sand. You will have hundreds of people running over it. You will have to rent one of the expensive... More

Of course it's the number one beach in Asia, hands down. Where else would I find a beach with such fine sand, shallow water that everyone can enjoy including kids and non swimmers. I particularly like the fact that they keep water sports mostly farther out from shore so you don't have to worry about getting run over by a... More

The party beach of the Philippines. this is a great place to chill and hangout during the day and party of have a few drinks at night. It's a place to unwind, but not really for those looking for solitude or quiet :) For those who like this kind of place, there are so many places to hangout and drink... More

Very clear water and fine white sand my 9 yr pld son who used to be scared of swimming in the beach and walking barefoot wasn'nt scared anymore. He loved swimming and even in shallow waters you can do a bit of snorkelling since ther are some fish in shallow water. More

If you can look past the vendors the white beach experience is ok. This is about the only place where the beaches and area is kept clean but be ready to say no thank you every five feet. Tons of vendors all selling the same banana boats and island hopping. 3days was more than enough. More

It is beautiful. No doubt. Exciting and fun vibe, white sand and nice blue water. But don't expect stock photography crystal waters. There's so much activity from the bustling beach vendors that the water is constantly being stirred. That said, it's still paradise. We were definitely spoilt after arriving from Shangri La's private beach. It's just a busier part of... More

Walking in the sun, along the waves or things like that is awsome at Boracay. Loads of tasty food around; just make a stop when you get hungry or thirsty. Would have been a 5 of 5 if it was not for way too many salesmen trying to get you to go island hopping, buy sunglasses etc. More

Boracay's famed 4 kilometer beachfront, with its powdery sand, will always enchant 1st time visitors. However, they missed on the solace and wonders that used to surround the island. Yes, the luminous algae that emits light when stepped upon during moonless nights will be no longer visible nowadays, thanks to overdevelopment, as well as the nipa huts that will truly... More
