While not anywhere near as large as the one at Los Angeles, Universal Studios Singapore is still very good for spending a fun day. Once you have bought the admission ticket, all you have to pay for in addition is for the food and whatever shopping you choose to do. Some suggestions: 1. Obviously best to avoid weekends since the... More

It's been awhile since I last visited a theme park so it was with some anticipation that I went to the fairly recently opened Universal Studios Singapore. For a good overview of the complete list of attractions, the official site is fairly competent though there's also a Wikipedia entry for an alternate read. Here, let me just give an overview... More

When you visit Singapore, the first place you must visit is Santosa Island. Sentosa Island itself have very huge area to explore by visitor. Studio Universal is the one place that visitors spend their time from 10 AM - 7 PM (9 PM for weekend). Overall it is nice play, so many interesting attractions there, with 7 attraction zones. I... Got to the park via taxi. Our taxi driver was kind enough to drop us off at the Resorts world Casino carpark so we did not have to pay for the Sentosa entry fee. It was a good thing that I bought our tickets online as the queue for the tickets were quite long when we arrived. Visited on a... More

This is a very worthwhile place to visit especially with children when you have paid your entry fee everything is free except for food but that was reasonable pricewise.all the attractions were were set out extremely well & you did not have to wait long in the queues. There was a variety of food outlets with good value for money. The thrill... Love Universal Studios in Singapore, went there twice this year, did the Battlestar Galactica roller coaster 15 times, did threw up once but that's ok, give it a few hrs, and you can do it again! Jurassic Park river rapids is fun, Transformers is a must for all fans, and even madagascar is good ride. Got some cool stuff at... More

I went here with my girlfriend but was a little disappointed. It was very expensive especially as a couple of the rides weren't running. The queues weren't very long so we were able to go on a couple of rides a 4 or 5 times. It would be ok for kids but Floridas and Californias Universals are much better. We... More

What an Adventure......Each theme perfected to the last detail.... Just too good.....Each and every ride is recommended including the kiddy ones. Take a whole day out for this and I would recommend the express pass for the day as you can do much more in your own time rather than standing in line. All the rides and the also the... More

We sent a whole day at the studios and Maritime museum as our last day in Singapore. There are free shuttles from many of the hotels (just call and ask) that drop you at the studios and take you back to your hotel. You can also get the Sentosa express monorail very cheap ($3). There was plenty to see and... More
