This was such an interesting place to visit, beautiful aged trees, magnificent plants and flowers. Totally surprised it was free to enter, a minimal charge for the orchid garden but considering the work being carried out to maintain this vast garden in such splendid condition well worth paying if you have the time. Free peace and quiet in the heart of Singapore with an educational side. Great "lose yourself" walks, awesome sculptures that aren't afraid of being touched. A shame the concrete walled restaurant/snack_bar was so noisy but I'm guessing people who live in this busy little island don't notice that :-) More
