The whole garden is really quite nice, but the best part is definitely the Orchid Garden. There is a fee to visit the Orchid Garden, but it is worth the price. Singapore is a beautiful city, but this is an oasis within the bustle of a large city.

These beautiful gardens are probably the best colonial legacy left by the British. The trees are mature, the lawns extensive, the wildlife bustling and it's a haven for residents and visitors alike.

Great Botanic Garden, lovely feeling of faded glory and the most stunning planting. I particularly enjoyed the orchid garden. I did get caught in a huge storm and it is important to find a place to shelter... Rain or not it is well worth a visit.
