Architectural structure is amaizing beautyfull. Its worth visiting just for this reason. I am not sure is allowed to take pictures inside maybe just with your cell but not with your professional camera. Actualy there is a bank.

Two older nonthreatining travelers literally had to beg for two minutes entry into the building. Now I realize that this is a bloody bank headquarters, but why not have some controlled availabiltiy for entry and viewing. Interior is classical elegance. A chance to see just a few more areas would have been incredibly welcome.

They have the money so of course they could make it look good.A very pretty building, pity they demolished a church to build it but that is ancient history now. It would be nice if you could go inside.I did years ago and the interiors rival the exterior.

It is an old building with the oldest bank from Romania. The Palace have nice paintings in some offices, and it is well conserved.

Last time, when I visited Bucharest, I made like 50 pictures of the building. This time I made 50 more...I just couldn't stop myself. There is something about this building. Really beautiful!

Built in eclectic style, the palace is topped by a glass and metal dome. The entrance features an arch supported by two pairs of columns in composite style. The four corners are decorated with gables and coats of arms and ending in Renaissance domes. The CEC Palace (Romanian: Palatul C.E.C.) in Bucharest, Romania, built in 1900 and situated on Calea... It's wonderful both inside and outside. A few years ago it was fully refurbished and now looks brilliant. I was there on business and unfortunately I do not know if you can visit it.

I remembered reading about this, but had forgotten that we could go in. I wish we had done it - the outside is fantastic, so I am forever curious! Will have to return!
