Every morning and evening at 18:00 (changes in winter) the 5 nuns that are managing there monastery are praying and they sing, the church is one of the oldest in Bucharest and almost all tourist visit it since it is in Lipscani but very few come at 18:00 to hear them sing it is very intimate ceremony
I woul say is one of the most representatives orthodox churces with ancient byzanthine rituals. It belongs to monks so... there is dayly a religious act morning to evening. its all beautyfull as paintings, architecture, religious day by day life.
It's very small but is absolutly charming and most of all: authentic! It was a monastery church an it had a small inn around. Now it is still a monastery. I think that is the most beautifull church in Bucharest. It still look like XVIII Bucharest Church.
