It is the most beautiful building in Myanmar!! It is carved and gilded beautifully both inside and outside because King Mindon who moved the capital from Amarapura to Mandalay lived and died in it. It is also the only original building of Mandalay Palace surviving WW II. You must NOT miss it!! More
