Dexter-Huron is one of the smaller metroparks, but is a very pretty spot along the Huron River for picnics, fishing, canoe rides, walks/hikes, etc.

As I stated this is a very fine park. They have lots of things for the kids to enjoy. They have a spectacular 4th of July fireworks display. You can really enjoy wild life, lots of deer, rabbets, pheasants and lots of squirrels. If you like the water they have some beautiful locations along the Huron River.
