This pretty little garden is a delight in April with the newly flowering plants. Like all sites in China weekday visits are much better than weekends.

Great insight into Chinese history and culture. The presentation of the water, structures, trees and plants were blissfully peaceful and harmonious. A wonderful experience for the whole family.

This is a lovely Chinese garden. We went when the blossom trees and the wisteria were in flower which made it all very pretty. There are also lots of bonsai trees. The Lingering Garden is a really lovely place to visit. There is a lot of history as well as very beautiful gardens. It was so pretty here, it's hard to take a bad photo. It was winter and cold, the advantage being that it was almost empty. I can imagine how beautiful it is in the spring.
