The stinking smell of dirty water distracts the passer by.Niether regular flow of water nor iregular cleang/disinfecting of the water is being done.

On the banks of river saabarmati the govt has developed this project and it is still developing. Festivals like kite flying are held here. It's a place most enjoyed on the monsoons. With so much effort to keep it clean, just an advice to travellers don't litter and respect the river. If it is kept clean, only people and visitors... More

Sabarmati River front is still being developed. But the part which are complete has changed the life style of Ahmedabad People. Now many people enjoy their morning walk at the river front. It will become the best place to enjoy evenings in Ahmedabad once completed.

A sad scene once we look at the river which perhaps has given birth to ahmedabad, with sewers flowing untreated and foreigners clicking pics, perhaps there is not even an ounce of pure water left in it. its heart breaking

A very good place to hangout with family and friends.Yet devoid of any nuisance.Badly missing water in the river, otherwise the it could be one of the best place in ahmedabad.People need to learn to keep this place clean. Also need for some food stalls which can make things more pleasant.

thia place is still under development.when completed, it will be very beautiful. but i found people throwing flowers or other religious materials from the temples etc into the stagnant water.this temple garbage has spoiled the beauty of the river front.the civic authorities should take immediate action to stop this.the people can enjoy fresh air while walking here.
