At the bottom of \Monkey |Forest Road, many, many sacred monkeys who will pounce on you if they suspect food. Go there with care and don't tease them.
I was very wise about going to the monkey Forrest, I read all the reviews and spoke to all my friends and family that had been there, they all said don't buy fruit and don't carry objects they could take. So we went in with no fruit, bags or anything at all that could attract them to us. We walked... More
We have visited the Monkey Forest several times and enjoy the lovely trees and beautiful walks and the lovely temple in the gorge.. A pleasant surprise, beautiful trees, hilly terrain and lots of tropical plants and the monkeys were cute and clean and healthy looking. Great walk, cool and great picture opportunities!

Nevertheless, there s nothing else in Ubud apart from shopping (avoid main street by 2 km) and eating. Entrance around one euro. With 1 hour you have enough. In my case I was 3 hours as... More

Look and laugh at the tourists that obviously didn't read any reviews and your day will be filled with laughter when purses are stolen, shirts are... More

Good chance for photo opps and for the price you can't beat this attraction at 20k. I would return to take any friends who haven't seen monkeys... More
