Beautiful rock formation and nice trail, even good view of Mt. Halla from trail. Lots of steps to get to lookout but easy to walk and even pavement on the trail, not sure how far the trail goes but could see the next parking area for a park.

Oedolgae is a large solo rock that can be seen from Seonnyeotang, known as the General Rock. This rocky stack has a circumference of 7-10 metres and is 20 metres high.

After visiting Birds' Island, we took a taxi here. We could take lovely photos without the crowd as it was the later part of the day. The trail leading away from the Rock is lovely n offers different views of the Rock. There is a big open field at the top and the trail is part of Olle trail 7. It was a scenic coastal walk. Near to 60beans cafe, there are some steps. From the cafe, we walked along the road to exit the Olle trail and took bus 201 back to Seogwipo city.

Easy to reach by the bus. Just around 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. Stunning view of the rock and the ocean. The viewing area itself is quite small. We went there during winter so every shops were closed. Did not go to the walking trail since it was very cold and windy. We only spent around 15 minutes here.

A pretty rock to look at and the surrounding area is also very pleasant to walk around. It's best to get there early to avoid the crowds and heat in summer, but definitely worth a visit.

The highlight of this place is the lone rock, where there is a lookout near the car park. Go past the lookout to see a different aspect of the rock. We were glad we did that.

Easy boardwalk to see the attraction. If you follow right, you will see the Oedolgae rock. We happened to be there at sunset, and the view was magnificent & romantic! You can also follow the boardwalk to the left for more view points.

The cliff is good and legends about it - too :)
But couldn't recommend it as "must see" (sorry, Oedolgae!)
