Swallows Grotto was very beautiful and easy to walk. Many scenic viewpoints along the drive through the gorge. Try to go earlier in the day and avoid the big tour groups.

Highly recommend to walk a few of the trails but please check the condition of different trails online before since rocks may fall and may close to the public. Try to go earlier since lots of tour buses will arrive after 9am to cause traffic jam. Shuttle buses run from the train station to the park hourly.

Peaceful and quiet place for some slow walk and enjoy the spectacular views.. Suggest to hire a cab/private tour guide to drive you around and at the same time intro you some history of Taroko Gorge.. Started the tour at 1:30pm and ended off around 4:30pm.. Suggest starting the tour earlier to avoid the tour buses which comes in around...

We drive up right up to the top and back down, taking about 3 hours in all with stop-offs for short walks, including a swaying ropeway bridge. A must-see if you are in Taiwan

We did hike all the way through the Baiyang trail and reached the waterfall. It was very tough for the...

Absolutely stunning views, highly recommend!
We rented a car to avoid the bus loads of tourists, it was perfect. I think that it is too long to ride a scooter up it though.
