This was a lovely trip by car. It would of been too far for us novices on mopeds from Ao nang. The Emerald pool were impressive. It stung a little paying the 400 baht each whilst bus loads of locals (literally) were allowed in for free, it was a pleasant walk to the pool but when we got there it... More

We got here early and enjoyed this area, clear and clean and enjoyed the walk around the streams and the swim in the pool. This was part of our tour to see elephants as well which was great

Beautiful place. Need to walk 400 meters to the Emerald pool and an additional 700 meters to the Blue pool. However, you CANNOT swim in the blue pool but was certainly worth the walk to see this beautiful pool.

When you arrive you will have the option to walk 800m up a muddy track (if it has been raining), or 1400m along a lovely wooden bridge. I would strongly suggest you take the longer bridge option! We thought we would take the 'quick' option however arrived hot, sweaty and covered in mud. Luckily, the pools where a great way... More

the water in the pool is so green. However, you should walk into the forest to see the small pool where the water come out. The area can get very busy during the weekend as many local Thais go there as well.

At the entrance of this park, there are lots of stalls which sells clothes (t-shirt, pants & souvenirs), food and drinks (snacks & soft drinks). Parking place for vehicle is provided as well. To reach Emerald Pool, you have to walk about 20 minutes from the entrance. Along the way to the pool, you will feel peaceful and enjoy with... More

This place certainly is very close to nature, when we booked this tour we were not aware of the 15 minutes walk or 500m hike on a muddy trail. The mud was probably caused by the heavy rain the previous day. It is surround by lush greenery and crystal clear waterfalls. We took a few moments admiring the scenery right... More
