I booked in for a half leg, eyebrow and bikini wax. The first two were okay... however where paying for an expensive spa should have counted.. they burnt me with the hot wax. In several places. And missed spots. On Valentines Day. I have emailed the spa/resort about this with no response so I can only assume it's a problem... More

The staff were fantastic! My husband and I had a swedish massage and then I had a pedicure. Because we had 3 treatments we got a 4th free, so the next day I had a manicure. What a disappointment! This resort is lovely but the experience at the Aspara day spa experience was very poor. I booked in for a manicure ( lovely hands treatment ) and the manicurist was disengaged and did not make me feel welcome. She barely spoke to me for the entire 1 hour treatment.
