The only restaurant there that is worthy is Kentucky Fried Chicken! The rest of them are all just local offering but are not tasty. However, there is a supermarket there so maybe you would just like to buy some snacks and enjoy them in your room! More

Run down, dated icon of Labuan that is full of shops selling imitation products and reflects badly on Labuan as an international offshore and financial center of business. Also reflects on the lackluster attitude of the Malaysian governments' lack of care about the place. Very very shameful by international standards. More

It's like your typical mall around Malaysia. Nothing special about it. Some of the shops there sells fake stuff, so be cautious on branded things. More

lots of space..no good shops.. the place needs a clean up. The old shops downtown are a lot cleaner and cosier. There are cigarettes butts everywhere at the 'restaurant' on the far end. Poorly lightings. Not even a decent supermarket or food court. Paying the parking ticket is a nightmare, if you can find the Metro booth.. Nothing worth buying,... More

The Financial Park is certainly a run down place badly needing refurbishment. It has poor lighting and mostly uninteresting stores. Amidst all these and most unexpectedly, I found a jewel of a place at The Nail Shop, tucked away in the first floor. I had my manicure and pedicure done there for just RM80. I almost doze off lounging in... More

First of all, this shopping center looks run down and "haggered" with the lack of care or maintainence. The mix of shops is poor as most of the shops either sell fakes or made in thailand/china products. You wouldn't need to go here except for the duty free alcohol or chocolates, to pay your mobile phone bills at DIGI or... More

First of all, Financial Park is more to be a structure than a Park. It contains the only one shopping complex in Labuan (not in Sandakan). It is located between Sea Sport Complex and Labuan town area. So, you might drop by and enjoy the air con if you wish to visit Sea Sport Complex by foot from the town... More
