The public facilities provided is just not up to standard. However, for RM 15 per room per hour (two tubs - 4 people), you can enjoy a relaxing time. Bathroom and benches in the room as well.

I'd come to this place everytime I visited Kota Kinabalu. Do not expect a natural pool of bubbling hot water but just enjoy the sensation of soaking your feet in hot water surrounded by the lush & green view. What I most enjoyed was the canopy walkway where you can experience amazing view from the treetop.

Public hot springs with basic facilities that were just about clean. One restaurant on site that was ok and a rainforest canopy walk that was definitely the best activity on site. Just not our thing - too many people and nothing special by way of facilities.
