Oman is the greenest area of arabian peninsula. Reach in mountains and tropical nature is a very agreable enviroment. Salalah has no a lot of skyscrapers as for other big towns in this area. See the Frankincense trees growing and enjoy the local store, which sells books, perfumes, local souvenirs. The grounds are a green oasis amongst the desert. We toured from our cruise ship by bus and had a local guide. Oman is an unusual place of diversity in culture, customs, religion, buildings and environment. Camels crossing the road is a usual site....
