We were taken here by two local friends. We personally had no idea it existed, or indeed very much about the subject. This attraction and the tour guide who showed us round changed all of that. Enormously interesting to be surrounded by original furniture, fittings and accessories that were heirlooms of the Seward family. Well worth the visit.

Touring the Seward House is a full personal immersion in history and the people who made it. I cannot recommend this place enough if you love information, history, and museums that present both in a setting of a family home with its original furnishings and effects intact. In a word, this place is phenomenal.
