The Corniche was built on reclaimed land & goes for miles. It is the only real "green" area around the whole of Al Khobar. It is a great place to go for a walk & is very popular for family picnics on the weekend.

It is the only way to see the Arabic gulf sea, go there only in winter, in June July august is impossible to walk because of the high humidity

Beautiful park on the sea. You will find scores of families enjoying the park. Has lovely breezes off the water. Very clean and orderly.

Staying at the Intercontinental, I decided to walk down to the Corniche. It was Friday, so nothing was open along the way except a bodega, where I bought a Moussy and a water. Great place to hang out at in winters mainly, mostly because of the hot cimate in Saudi Arabia! Overall, love to visit it to have a great scenic view of the sea.

Downtown Khobar. A good place for walking or running and people-watching. Busy with families picnicking on weekends. Best walks are in cool weather.

Dont bother going here, same as a building site, when finished it will suit people who like to go and sit nx to pigs eating crap and wallowing in extreme humidity. perfect get away for bored persons fond of doing nothing.
