This place is unique and a lot of fun. I experienced the "Asia" floor which had a good variety of hot springs, though I hear the "Europe" floor is even better. We went on a weekday and there were very few people, which was great, so I'd suggest going on a weekday if possible. When you enter you buy a... More

I had visited Spa World over 100 times previously and had a great time, and had a member card, but... On Tuesday April 24 I went there and in the man's relax room there was an extremely noisy man in his 60's disturbing the peace So it was impossible to sleep I eventually slept for a short time near the... This was one of the many highlights of our trip. My daughter (7) and I were in the European side (they alternate with the other Asian side according to a timetable) and it was absolutely brilliant. We only arrived there in the afternoon. After swimming as a family in the pool upstairs we each went to our level to enjoy... More

Wow! I've been to many russian and korean saunas in the US, as well as several saunas in Japan and South Korea, but this one was the best ever!! Guys and girls are separate in the spa area, and need to walk around naked (bathing suits not allowed). The building has many floors. One entire floor for guys, one for... More

Knowing Japan, I was expecting to be awed by this place since onsen is quite big in Japan, however, I wasn't really impressed. Although it is a good place to visit and experience but nothing really fancy that would make me feel incredible. The spa has different theme but all have almost similar function... hot water bath with some cold... More

Perhaps we have expected too much from Spa World. I and my husband got bored, while my son enjoyed the pool area. The pool area was located at the 8th floor. Men's hot spring area is in 4th floor, while women's in 6th floor. For people who haven't visited a hot spring in Japan before may be shocked to see... More

Where else can you try dozens of different themed spas, many with herbs or other additives, as well as numerous saunas, all on one floor?! The salt sauna is particularly unique. You do need to be comfortable with being naked in a crowd. The Japanese are totally used to it, and even bring their small children (boys and girls). Definitely... More

Spa World is quite simply one of my favorite places in Japan. If you like onsen's, you'll love this place. Make sure to go back on alternate months to try out both the Asian and European floors. Download a coupon from the website for a discount too. Be prepared to get totally nude (no tattoos allowed) but also bring a... More

You can't imagine that when we walk inside the bathing room, all naked walking everywhere. But sure is separate bewteen men and women. This is the only place you may see such event. Must try once in a whole life for a new kind of experience. We are lucky because the day we go do have promotion with only 1000yen.... More

This place has to be on the must do experiences in Osaka. The concept of the Onsen is probably the only uniquely Japanese thing as almost everything else is derived from China and the mainland Asia. So visit this spa/onsen and visit other ones! It is a lot of fun. There are salt saunas, herb infused steam rooms, green tea... More
