We had a great time on the Electric Chariots. The tour took us to all the points of interest in Intrmuros, except Fort Santiago.The tour guides were friendly and knowledgable. The chariots themselves were great fun to manouver. Only downer is you want to go faster, but for obvious safety reasons this is not possible.
