This is a very nice park to walk in. There are not a lot of trees to sit under for shade in the midday sun, but that should not stop you from visiting. It is a great place for people watching, is a comfortable walk and has a set of dancing fountains at one end of the park where you... More

I brought my grandchildren to Luneta Park just to experience another adventure on February, 2013. Due to the proliferation of air conditioned malls, offering several amenities, they grew up without seeing a real park? So when I offered to bring them to Luneta, at first they complained that it is too hot, etc....but I insisted. When we got there, I... More

Just like other big cities, a big park in the heart of Manila where many statues and monuments located. You will find locals hang out with their families as the park is the right place to hang out in the afternoon. On certain day you will find many stall selling food, shirts etc. With kids you can ride mini train... More

I found this park a splendid place to walk about, therte where many people from all over the world at this park. It was well kept, but it will be best to control the touts who offer "females" to male travellers. Keep up the good work Metro Manila.

Not a bad thing though! Such a beautifully maintained park. Located centrally, easy to get to and a great way to spend a hot summer day. This park was errected in honour of Jose Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines. Come visit the park to see what the hype is all about!

Rizal Park is a staple destination for all Filipinos. I am not from Manila, but I remember visiting it with my family when I was still a little kid, that was around 43 years ago. Now I bring my daughter there once in a while to play badminton or visit the Children's playground. The playground almost never changed, only an... More

Rizal Park has some famous monuments, including the perpetually guarded monument to Dr. Rizal himself. This is a place of historical significance that also contains many works of art. However, the government of the Philippines has done a poor job on the upkeep of some of the displays in the park, most noticeably the relief map of the Philippines. I... More

Easily accessible via LRT United Nations and some enthusiasm for walking, you will be able to enjoy the serenity and greenery that Rizal Park has to offer. I passed through the place on my way to Manila Ocean Park, but I promised myself that I will visit again to see this place specifically... with my BF and a picnic basket,... More
