A beautiful and diverse park right in the middle of Ashland, It is certainly worth a visit while you are in town.
Whether it is people or birds, there is plenty to watch. You can find a quiet place or make conversation with other travelers. You can get in the shade or sun, it's all there.
Very friendly staff and well maintain property. It is very close to all the theaters in Ashland and the downtown area. Excellent coffee and pastry shop. Well maintain property with a nice indoor pool. We highly recommend the Stratford Inn

Lithia Park provides a perfect walk by the creek, through the woods with lots of flora and fauna to enjoy. It's almost 3 miles round trip and not at all strenuous.
We hiked some of the trails and got our heart rates up, plus had nice views of the river. Veery well maintained trails and accessible to almost everyone. Great local spot.
