The Mulu Caves were actually pretty well taken care of by the authorities and in generally good condition which is much better than you can say about the vast majority of other tourists sites in Malaysia. absolute must, but make sure you bring cash,nno atms out there also not alot of food choices so bring your own if u want to

We stayed here towards the end of a trip with G Adventures, and had a great time. Caves were well worth a visit, and the trip to Deer Cave to see 3 million bats flying out is something that I will never forget.
