We stayed in a beach house and my husband golfed the course. Hard he says... :) Try the Bloody Mary in the KD Restaurant. WOW! $7, very good. We saw an alligator on the sand part of the end of the golf course! Pretty views here. Pools are great.

Course is in fantastic shape...greens are wonderful. This is the best course on the Alabama coast by far -- and worthy of a visit just to play it. Not the easiest or cheapest...but outstanding in every way. You had better be hitting the ball straight or you best bring a lot of golf balls!
From the google earth pictures I thought this was going to be a ho-hum back and forward course. Don't let the SAT images fool you because the variety of holes make this course a masterpiece in design. Very rugged and beautiful course and we played it at about 6500 yards. Lots of water and sand but still a very fair...

A very challenging course, LOT'S of sand and water! Very beautiful .Had lunch after playing and all our choices were very good and reasonable. The price for the golf is rather expensive if you go during top season. This course really makes you appreciate the pros.
Our group goes to Gulf Shores each year for a golf trip. We play Kiva Dunes twice each year so I have played it about twenty-five times. It's a very good golf course. It's links-like and plays fast and hard. Some of the green complexes are a bit daffy (Holes 4, 10, 15 come to mind), but the greens run...

Well kept course. Excellent greens. Actually saw an alligator on in the sand trap. He minded his own business! WONDERFUL restaurant. Nice pro shop also.
Every year, my extended family travels to Fort Morgan and rents a beach house. The women chill on the beach, and the men explore local golf courses. Throughout the years, this has become the epitome of a love/hate relationship for me.
I give this course five stars because of the layout, the setting, and overall enjoyability of playing it. That...

Played here due to the proximity of my resort. I was not disappointed. The staff was super helpful, the course was in good shape for March and the layout is fair but challenging.
Super nice course but if you have a choice, only play it on a nice day. Given it's location, it can be very windy. It's a hard course to start with so when you add a lot of wind it realy makes it tough, plus cold. If you're an average golfer, don't expect a great score but don't let that...

The course is located along the Fort Morgan AL beach. To say it is well maintained would be a understatement! To play a round of golf on a course like Kiva makes for a great day even if your card does not reflect it!
