The guide was good. Many people in my group backed out, however, as they were afraid of the closed spaces and the guide initially scared them a bit. I would suggest wearing long pants as you'll be crawling some.

This was a ton of fun, and we learned a lot. This is not like any kind of cave tour you might go on in the US. It's much more adventurous while being pretty tame and safe. You should definitely check this our if your in the area.
