This was a cry uttered by a friend of ours while at one the beach resort condos in Pria Do Pero :) He was mad at the youngins there that partied into the wee hours in the AM.
This place is about 1/2 hour south of Buzios, a place that was made famous by the French actress BB. Things here...

As with beaches in Cabo Frio, Pero is nice, bars and resturants provide their wares so you will not have to drag the house along.
