Best fun I've had in a while. Both Kyle and Dean were funny, entertaining and helpful in equal measures. Would definitely recommend this.

My family and I went to Hermanus because we heard about the awesome ziplines in the Hemel And Aarde Valley. The experience was amazing and so much fun. The guides made every second fun and was very safety conscious. They triple checked all our harnesses and made sure we understood the simple-to-use breaking system. They took really good care with... I'm just going to give the short version - we went zip sliding, my brake didn't work, I collided into the platform and caused serious damage to my leg. I've been zip sliding before in Ceres, so this was not my first time. The difference is, Hermanus Forest Adventures had no emergency brake, no padding on their platforms, in fact... More

It is truly regretful that such an incident has occurred with your activity. We have been open for 6 years and never has a break failed due to any neglect of our company. I will however have a look into the possibility of even further developing the breaking system. We receive thousands of guests each year. The breaking system is... More

We went tubing. It was the most boring thing I did in SA. I think this was because of the very low water level. One had to paddle with the hands to the next "rapids" - because of the little flow of that streamlet. At the "rapids", one was frequently stuck between rocks or walk around. There wasn't any whitewater... More

The river and weather is unfortunately unpredictable and we would rather have the levels at a safe height than at a height where guests fall out most of the trip and have injuries. We dont market the tubing as an extreme adventure it is infact a nice each scenic paddle fit for all ages. We have a number of other... More

What a fun way to spend the afternoon on foot, racing and enjoying the amazing sights and sounds of Hermanus. Even the whales came out to play on this beautiful day..... 60 delegates were split into 8 colour-coded teams and had opportunities to try their hand at some activities they have never tried before, from abseiling to snorkling, paintballing, building... My boyfriend and I had an awesome quad biking experience this weekend, that ticked all the boxes! The trail went through beautiful vineyards and we stopped at a cliff lookout point, with amazing views of Hermanus and surrounds. Our guide, Dean, was really great and made it a fun experience while ensuring our safety at all times. All the staff... More
