About
Climb into a impenetrable floating cage and feel the adrenaline pump through your veins as a shark swims towards you, opens its mouth and bares its big sharp teeth. The three main regions in South Africa that offer shark diving are Simon's Town near Cape Town, Gansbaai and Mossel Bay. Our shark diving trips operate in all three regions. Most people have a 90% fear level and 10% respect level. Yet, why not try changing those misconceptions and learn the truth about sharks in the best possible way. After diving with us, people that initially had put this experience off for a long time, came away saying that this was the best experience of their lives.

Our family with 2 teenage sons loved this tour. The boat ride was very wavey and semi rough which was exciting. There were many seniors on our boat enjoying themselves as well. Were lowered inside a protective cage with wet suits on to see the sharks as they swam by the cage. A few times the shark came at us with a wide open mouth... very exciting to witness. Very safe and different activity.

Loved loved loved shark cage diving. Started out with lovely little pre dive snacks, were given our equipment, had a nice boat ride out to the sharks, saw lots of seals, and then dove twice to see the sharks. Make sure you take your motion sickness tablets as many people were quite ill and could not dive. We saw 9 great white sharks that day and they came very close to our cage. People found it cold but I actually found the day and water to be quite comfortable. The experience was thrilling. Once we came back in off the water, we were fed some basic mac and cheese.

This is probably the closest you can ever get with a great white shark and still have all your bodily parts intact. The shark dive team was very helpful. They were there to assist you in every way to ensure your safety and to make sure you can see a shark. If you are prone to motion sickness, make sure you take a sea sick pill half an hour before you board. Have fun!

An experience which one must have when one is in Cape. Would suggest that you take the first trip that leaves in the morning to have a really good experience. Boats are small and hence sway excessively. Those prone to sea sickness take care to see that you have taken your medicines. Very exiting and a great experience to come face to face with one of the predators of the sea.

Shark diving was amazing!

The water was only 10C but we had a constant flow of sharks to our boat for 4 hours solid....
I was 1st in and was in the water for a good 45 min's I decided not to go in again as I had an amazing view from where i was sat on the boat!

Really is worth ago, and if you dont wanna go in, dont worry you will still see some amazing things.
