One of the best sites I have ever visited. I would not recommend a tour but do the park on your own and at your own pace. Make sure to do the devil's throat boat tour and bring a change of clothes with you for after as you will be soaked. I would recommend skipping the jungle tour portion as... More

Foz is bigger and more developed than Puerto Iguazu. There are tons of things to do -the Falls, the amazing Parque das aves and the Itaipu dam-. It also offers a wider variety of restaurants, shops and accomodation. It's a bit more expensive than Puerto Iguazu, though. More

Someone asked me which side of the Falls is better, the Argentinian or the Brazilian: and I said they are both unique and together provide a true wonder of nature. You definitely get up close and personal on the Brazilian side, literally standing right beside the falls. The walkway out into the mist is also something that needs to be... More

Brasil's side of the Falls is smaller but equally as beautiful. If you can, do this side first. It can be done in a half day, and you'll reserve energy for the longer day on the Argentina side. Breathtaking! Inspiring! A lifetime experience! Definitely deserves to be a recognized Wonder of the World! More

The Argentinian side of the park is much more developed than the Brazilian. You’ll be able to spend a day in the park especially if you have to add the morning trip from Brazil crossing the border. The park is pretty touristy, well maintained, but the incredible views make you forget that. The park is divided in some walks each... More

Foz, the Brazilian side of the falls is dirty, noisy and far less appealing. But it has a helipad, and our big splurge of the tripo was the helicopter ride around the falls, well worthwhile. More
