Great hike! Beautiful views. The refugio is cozy. They have a loft room with tons of dorm style mattresses on the floor. Bring your own food and beers if you can!

The first half of this hike consists of a long almost flat "approach". This turns into a canyon and becomes notably steeper. We ate lunch, mozzarella pizza and beer, outside the Refugio in the sun. It was a great way to spend the afternoon.
