At a testy par 72, the mature 6,778 North Course has offered players on of the most spectacular challenges in Arizona public golf since 1956. Newly hired Golf Course Superintendent, Jerry Walsh, has the course in the best condition in recent years. « less

Lots and lots of trees.....but very well laid out and a good test of hitting straight. Both this and the south course (easier) are very wel maintained and worth a visit.

I have to disagree with review of Antelope north course downgrading everything. I guess if you play in the middle of the winter you should expect some problems. I play fairly regularly in the late spring thru mid summer and this year the course was in excellent shape. The greens are fast, though some are not consistant, the fairways were... More

Know for its Friday night fish fry, which is good but you can only eat the same thing every so often. They need to update menu and wine list. OK for quick bite after game but since there' not much competition in the area, they should be doing way better with food.

Best part of this course is leaving. Carts have to be in 1/2 hr BEFORE dark! Are you kidding?! Half-wits in the golf shop, no Marshals on course, no starter, all other staff - especially the cart personnel, are beyond rude. Course is kept in poor shape, wind tunnel, lot of blind tee shots and very little difference between fairway... More

Met friends for Sunday breakfast/lunch: place was empty minus us and three other tables. Had a window view: nice day and nice, bright seating area. Had their breakfast burrito: nice and big loaded with lots of fresh ingredients. Hot, too. Prices were fair for what they served.

I've been playing Antelope Hills North since the 70's, and the South on a regulart basis as well. The Nth is rated a stroke harder, and rightly so. A little of the ole school trickery with some sneaky long par 4's to negociate, and stratigic water hazards perodically. All the Par 3's are long except #16 but it is protected... More

I had the chance to play golf at Antelope Hills again recently and I was very pleased to see the improvements in the golf course and the vacilities. The north course is in the best shape I have ever seen it. They have made some great strides to make this course one on the best places to play in Arizona.... More

Have been playing both north and south coursed for 4 years. During that time there has been some management changes that have been detrimental to the golf courses. Specifically the north course which for many years was considered one of the finest in the northern part of Arizona. Over the past couple of years the north course has deteriorated to... More

AntelopeHills, Manager at Antelope Hills Golf Club - North Course, responded to this review
3 September 2008

Prescott experienced one of the coldest Mays in recent history and the course was slow in recovering from spring aeration. Since Jerry Walsh has been hired as the new Golf Course Superintendent players have told us the North Course is in the best condition in the last 10-15 years. More
