Tlaquepaque is a beautiful shopping area with a series of courtyards, fountains, and outdoors art. It was quite serene at the time we visited. We enjoyed just looking at the creative items in the shops.

Tlaquepaque is a beautiful high end tourist trap. It is vary enjoyable if you are there to enjoy the architecture, fountains, and beautiful artwork. I walked through the beautiful Tlequepague shopping area today. While most of the stores and galleries were way over my budget, I did enjoy the numerous statues that were abundantly scattered through the shopping center. Everything was so tastefully done and visually pleasurable. There are also several restaurants amongst the shops.
