Very unique experience, riding through and up to the canopy of the Rainforest. Very relaxing and interesting ride. Booked as an excursion through the Island Princess, while on our Panama Canal cruise. Hot and humid while waiting for the tram, but cooled off as we rode through the trees. Definitely recommend.

We booked this trip in late April. The park is within the buffer zone of the Braulio Carrillo park, a vast expand of tropical forest. The tram takes you around a large area of tropical rainforests, pretty much all the time at the height of the canopy. We saw toucans, many birds and abundant butterflies. Transportation was included in the... More

What a unique and wonderful experience. I was a bit nervous and a bit skeptical of paying $150/person per night for the lodge and tour - but it was worth every penny. The guides were great, the lodge was fantastic and it was a great learning experience for my 11 year old. We did several walking tours including one at... More

This was a great experience. The tram was very peaceful and relaxing. Gorgeous views as you glide through the canopy. We really only saw leaf cutter ants and a White Hawk on the ride but the plant life alone is spectacular. there was a 3 toed sloth in a tree back around the welcome center so that was cool. We... I highly recommend the Rainforest Aerial Tram & Zip Line Atlantic tour for anyone visiting Costa Rica. The guides speak excellent English, are very knowledgeable, and very friendly. The gondola tour is peaceful and relaxing. The zip line is tons of fun, and when you are done the 11 lines you will want to go again! Bring binoculars, as I... More

Took the 10:30 tour out of our hotel in SJ after arriving on a 6:00am flight. We stopped in SJ for the day before departing for the Pacific coast. About an hour drive to the rain forest including pickups at other hotels. Drive had interesting scenery as our guide was full of information about SJ and the drive to the... More

My son and I stumbled upon Rainforest Adventure as we were driving through Braulio Carrillo National Park earlier this month, and made an impulsive decision to go ziplining. What luck! This proved to be one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica, thanks to a spectacular location and absolutely wonderful guides -- especially Randall who is not only... More

This excursion was absolutely wonderful! The aerial tram ride through the rain forest was thrilling and our guide, Leo, was knowledgeable, informative, and a lot of fun. He made sure we all had a good time and also a good view of the specific plants and animals he pointed out. In addition to the tram ride, the courteous staff provided... More
