This Mission is so beautiful. It is one of the most peaceful places on the peninsula to visit. The beauty and the history just take my breath away. This should definitely be on everyone's list when visiting the area.

We celebrated Mass here and enjoyed the tone and friendliness of the service. We look forward to our next visit.

This is a great find in Carmel. We were tired of walking along the streets looking at stores and art galleries and so walked about 20 minutes to this mission, which was a great way to spend an hour or so. This is a great historic mission and a good place to visit. The garden near the entrance and the flowers and vegetables surrounding the courtyard are so beautiful. There are two fountains and a few small museums. The church was closed for construction.
