I was so stressed out after having my baby and just wanted so desparately to get away. Since my son was an itty bitty newborn, any true vacations was out the question, so my husband took me here to get some nice, quiet relaxation. The staff was great and the surroundings amazing. Be daring and dip into the ice cold pools. It's only seconds of torture but totally worth it. I'd definitely get a massage next time and I think it'll definitely be better to get the massage after you do the thermal cycle.

This place is a gem. Clean, well maintained facility in a beautiful setting. Do get the massage as it is a jump start into the relaxation mode. I'm looking forward to going back.

Wonderful beautiful setting. Do a massage it's worth it and you get the robe included. Eat before you go so you do not get lightheaded. You will feel amazing. Appreciate the silence rule to help add to the peacefulness of your stay.
