It was a walk-thru above the factory so you are looking down at the machines and mostly watching videos at different stops about the history and making of the candy. It was still a fun tour to take and the long lines go by quickly and free samples! And the gift shop itself is fun to walk around, especially for... More

My son and I went on this tour and had a great time! It was very interesting and informative. The wait isn't so bad if you go first thing in the morning (less than 20 minutes)

Don't be discouraged if you have to stand in line for 10 or 15 minutes because the tour is worth it and you'll get to try samples along the way. I didn't know they made gummi bears, candy corn, fudge, chocolate, too! Go you won't regret it!

My mother lives just down the road from Jelly belly, so traveling with my older granddaughter I decided to take her there for the tour, I remember it quite interesting on how they make the candy. The sugar smell can be a bit over whelming at times but your not in the room that long to really make you sick.... More

Stopped by the Jelly Belly Factory en route to Napa; my spouse had been before, but I had not. After a very short (~10 minutes) wait, we took the tour between two groups of schoolchildren (and with a group that contained several kids), which for me added to the youthful glee of watching various forms of sugar be combined to... We had a great time on the JB tour and shopping in the Wonka style gift shop!! I recommend going early - 9am, crowds grow quickly!! We had a nice size group in our tour, maybe 30, but realized when we finished other tours were at least double the size. They give you samples along the tour and have a... More

Great place to visit and have a free tour along with free samples whether you're with kids or not! The tour guide was very enthusiastic and gets everyone right into feeling like a kid. My husband and I were there and we don't have kids as were some other couples. The tour is very kid friendly as well. Free samples... More

We were two middle age adults visiting without children, but we felt like children as soon as we walked in. Two forty five min. tours begin each every half hour and we found the tour very interesting as we were walking above the production floor, led by a pleasant, enthusiastic guide who distributed several samples along the way. Their gift... More

We spotted this advertised in a brochure whilst staying in Napa as part of our California Road Trip. It's basically a 40 minute trip around the factory with samples being handed out. The tours happen every 15 minutes although I suspect that this maybe longer in the holidays/weekends. The trip was very enjoyable and you see how they make the... More
