An interesting event. Sunday night's show was fairly empty. The entrance is on the parking lot side. There were 5 performers, I believe, who also ran the entire establishment including ticketing and concessions. As part of the audience be ready to contribute a lot of clapping and "hoos and has" depending on the type of show. They do have beer,... More

This is a great place to experience something that is really a dying art. The puns and the corny humor really make this experience memorable. I used to watch these things as kid at a great theater in Moorpark which unfortunately went out of business. My parents used to take us all the time and I am so glad that... More

This theater was so quaint and adorable! Very casual and comfortable - they really make you feel like you're at home. The performers are super nice and also work the concessions. The show was very fun. Lots of cheesy and corny jokes. Nice change of pace from traditional theater. Would be great to come back with my nieces - they... More

I just don't see this as the number #1 attraction in Long Beach, unless just say you have driven down from West Covina and... More

I've been to almost every show since the All American Melodrama first opened its doors. I live in Corona now but I still try to drive over there at least twice a year just to see their hillarious shows. The actors are great, spontaneous, and very friendly. The last time I went I took my husband, my teenage daughter, my... More

Old fashioned, live theater with audience interaction! Everyone loves to boo the villain and ahhh the beautiful damsel! Young and old, everyone I have taken would give this theater the highest rating for a fun escape from high tech life!

We experienced the "it's a Wonderful Christmas Carol" last night with friends and had a great time. Great humor and the actors were excellent.
