I used to live in the apartments that loom over this event and every year it got bigger, noisier and more fun! If you are into racing this is a fun event for all ages

We've been going to these races for years. It is such a good time. From the food vendors, to the many dealers and displays to look at inside the buildings, there is more to see & do than just watch the races. They always have a celebrity race with actors & singers & athletes. Its so funny so see these... More

Location was great for an Indy race I am not a total race fan but I really enjoyed this and race and the location was a strong factor. Right in the midst of great restaurants and shops with the ocean and Harbor right there. Made it easy for a race fan and his partner to enjoy an event together. Many... More

Loved INDYCAR. Very cool race - the cars are incredible and everything is so accessible. Really worth heading out to the event.

If you are an adrenaline junky, there is no better way to feed your passion than the Long Beach Grand Prix. Usually fantastic weather, always big crowds, lots of speed and you'll have trouble deciding what to eat, there are so many choices. Make sure you wear comfy shoes and go with the General Admission Ticket to minimize your cost... More

I've gone to the races every other year, but this year my sons wanted to go. What an awesome day we had. We watched as they qualified, the boys got so excited to see the drivers scrape along the walls without busting into a million pieces & when one car actually lost an entire side. We walked through the pits... More

Sitting in the sun watching cars roar around the track is not my thing, but the event, festivities, nightlife are worth it. Every city in America looks forward to an annual event. For Long Beach it's the Grand Prix. The City shuts down the street of downtown and open them up to 3 days of Formla 1 Racing. Good food,... More

This event is a little pricey but if you've never been to the Long Beach Grand Prix you gotta visit it at least once. Once upon a time a decaying downtown Long Beach managed to stage a race featuring Formula 1 competitors from all over the world. That race was the catalyst for transforming that down-going downtown into one of... More
