We had a nice tour of the vineyard, by a very pleasant host. But the wines were very disappointing. We've had far, far better while here in Napa. In retrospect, would have spent our time better elsewhere.

Frog's Leap continues to be one of my very favorite wines (their cab in particular!). My husband and I always include a visit to the winery and vineyard when we go to Napa. It is one of the loveliest places to relax in all of Napa (IMHO!). Because of the organic farming practices they live by... They have wonderful gardens...

I prefer the more private family run wineries. Frog's leap is larger and more corporate but you do not feel it.
Sit on the porch and do the wine and cheese tasting. (OMG the cheese is to die for).
Very pleasant and bucolic views, elegant porch and gardens.
Great service. No pushy sales at all and not rushed. The waitress...

We have been to many wineries in Napa and Frog's Leap is now one of our favorites. You need an appointment but don't be shy about calling while you are driving around that day. We were down the road and they were able to fit us in 20 minutes later.
We tasted in the garden with Julia. The tasting fee...

This was the first winery that my husband and I have ever been to. Coming from the tristate area, we did not know what to expect. We walked onto the grounds and a bunch of tiny frogs frogs were leaping around. We thought they were bugs, it was so cool. If you go and do the tour, you will hear...

My daughter and I signed up for the tasting and tour. I was quite impressed with their sustainability efforts. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. He shared the story of how Frog's Leap got its name and label. He also spoke of the other projects that are going on at the farm. Everyone was encouraged to wonder around...

My wife & I stopped in at Frog's Leap in early May 2013 for a 10:00am tasting, not sure what to expect. Their website was fun and cute and they advertised loudly how they're organic and a small operation. I was excited to come to their place and try it myself. And I was not disappointed.
Upon walking into the...

This has to be one of the most well run and beautiful properties in the Napa Valley. The staff was superb and the owner John Williams was amazingly generous with his time. Don't miss this stop.
Love sitting on the porch of the vineyard house and tasting wine. Cheese included. Relaxing way to enjoy Napa.
