The trip up to the park and caverns is part of the fun. The caverns are very interesting and the guides are very knowledgeable and entertaining. Price of caverns tours include 2 different trips. The food in the restaurant is VERY good and reasonably priced, not to mention you have a wonderful view to go with your meal.

We took a drive over to Glenwood one Saturday to play with the family and check out some caves. Once on property we found the employees didn't really seem happy to work there. The kids did all the rides and even took the cave tour which was kind of interesting just short. A storm rolled in and the gondola that... More

We had been to other Caverns and we weren't too much excited about this, but it was much nicer than expected. The tour guide was a nice and passionate gentleman. Maybe too passionate... I wished we could have our own quiet time to enjoy for ourselves. The extra $5 we paid to visit the Caverns was totally worthy. It was... More

This cave tour was the best we've been on. The tour guide was so passionate and knowledgeable. He made it so interesting! This made Cave of the Winds look terrible to us. Absolutely loved this cave experience. Not over priced or over advertised. Diamond in the rough.

Great for families, and the view was spectacular - lots to do for a full day of fun. You wan to get there early because it can get crowded but otherwise its a blast!

So we visited the park mostly for the fairy caves. Gotta say, was not terribly impressed. Half the cave was roped off and so in turn the tour was only half long. They spend more time trying to find formations that 'look' like something in the rocks than simply letting you just appreciate the beauty the cave has to offer.... More

Dear Sarah, We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to the park. During the off season, our tram, cave, alpine coaster, 4D theater and laser tag are open. This winter, the upper section of the cave was closed for construction as we extended the tour. Our seasonal rides are typically open mid-May - mid-October, depending on... More

Went to the adventure park with a day pass. We were to have unlimited 4D movies, Laser tag, alpine coaster and a cave tour. The tour was interesting, the alpine coaster never opened, and the movies were ok. Laser tag was fun, but the gun was a little big for my daughter to use correctly. When we arrived (opening time... We visited Glenwood Caverns in April and much of the attractions at the top in their Adventure Park were closed and not operating. The ride to the top in their gondolas had great views of Glenwood Springs and the surrounding country side. And the $5.00, off season charge for the hour long tour through their caverns was certainly worth the... More

Dear NorthglennBill, Thank you for visiting the park. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the tram ride and cave tour. There are 127 steps (each way) on the King's Row Cave Tour; we provide stops along the way, but with the altitude it can still be a challenge for some folks. Our new tour, the Historic Fairy Caves Tour,... More

We spotted the trams going up the hillside - so we walked over. We only did the tram to the top, no rides, but it was an awesome place to go. The view was amazing. We had lunch outside on the patio - and the food was very good. A fun, relaxing time. Not everything was open and running since... More

A treat to explore. During the summer a relief from the heat and during the winter a warm cave. The natural formations are lovely and the rides during the summer are fun for adults as well as preteens and teens
