The Air Mobility museum was a great experience,. There is everything from a former Vice Presidential "Air Force 2" plane to a WWII B-17 on display. We visited on a Sunday and it was a great experience. In talking with several of the volunteers there I recommend trying to time your visit on the "3rd Saturday" of a month, as... More

This is a great museum for one with aviation interests. Inside the hanger is an old C47 with a D-Day History and outside are many Air Force planes, some you can board. A MUST DO on any Dover trip.

We have visited many times over the years. This place just keeps getting better. As another reviewer noted, this is a great place for "kids" of all ages. A can't miss if you are visiting Delaware, stop by. It just may be your favorite stop while passing through.

All in all, a great visit. Fantastic guide (Don) and awesome exhibits. Well worth the cost (FREE!). Bring your camera and walking shoes to see everything.

We visited the museum in April and really enjoyed it. It is a must if you are visiting the area or even live close by.

Been there several times with my family. My Daughter & Her Husband were assigned to Dover AFB for a few years. Everytime we visited my wife and I stopped at the museum with our granddaughters. Very historical and educational.

Become a pretend pilot for the day. This is not your everyday museum. There are all kinds of air planes you can view, climb into, and learn what they are like. Volunteers are there to explain and answer your questions. Oh yeah they are restoring an Air Force One.

The AMC is a local favorite, as is should be. The volunteers love to share their stories - yes, actual stories of experience in planes like those on display. The self-paced (or guided) tour is interesting to young and old and is a treasure that should not missed if you are in the Dover area. We have lived in Dover... More

We've been here a few times, including bringing family & friends. It's interesting to explore the different planes & exhibits. We learn something new each time. Depending on the volunteers who are there that day, you can get personalized tours of the different planes as well as their personal stories of events that occurred back then. They make the exhibits... More
