“Great Day Trip, No Customer Service”

Great day trip for the family. We encountered several manatees, turtles, and birds. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and others we observed. Great location. Nice boats. Terrible staff. The staff I dealt with had to be owners because no employee could get away with treating customers so horrendously.
