We booked our trip with Captain Steve as it looked like a lot of fun. It was! This trip takes you deep into the Everglades which were beautiful. We crossed the path of one other swamp buggy, other than that we did not see a soul which was lovely. Steve's knowledge of this territory was extensive and he made the... More

We decided to spend our last day in Florida going on the swamp buggy. We had a great time. We had a fun guide Cliff who was so nice and very informative. He brought us in a Cypress dome and we saw a mother alligator with it's babies. My kids 10 and 13 thought that was so cool. We also... More

Don't think for a minute that just because you drove across I-75 or US 41 that you can claim you were in the Everglades. So stop cheating yourself and hop on board with Captain Steve. Let him give you an adventure you can really brag about. Steve's extensive knowledge and actually living in the Glades will keep you entertained and... More

Spend the day in the swamp with Captain Steve this past weekend, and it was AWESOME! The weather was perfect, the Everglades were beautiful, we saw wildlife, and our guide Captain Steve was very informative about our surroundings. Was the best day, and would recommend this swamp buggy tour to everyone! Thank you Captain Steve!

This February morning was beautiful, cool and sunny . On the way to the Swamp Buggy ride we watch a 400 lb. Black Bear cross the road. It made my heart jump. I love seeing wildlife. We meet our for the day guide, Otis. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and vegetation. We had a great trip!

Brought our family on this ride and it was not what we expected. While our driver was super nice and knowledgeable, we didn't really see anything except for a few deer that were very very far away, and some turkeys running away in the grasses. The everglades weren't anything like we expected and the "adventures" title threw us. Riding in... More

The tour lasted about 4-5 hours and we saw many deer, various birds, and lots of different plant life. The only downside is that it was cold out because we went in the morning. Travelguide (Otis) was very knowledgable and had many interesting things to share about the local history and environment. Very good tour overall!

My friend and I took the Swamp Buggy tour and loved every minute of it! Capt. Steve is very knowledgeable and informative of everything in the glades. He went above and beyond to make our tour memorable and exciting. His passion for the Everglades and it's history is infectious; you can't help but fall in love with your surroundings. I'm... More

If it hadn't been for captain Steve, we'd've missed out on the wonders of Big Cypress National Preserve. His no-nonsense, practical approach to the swamps made a reserved Englishwoman happy to go wading out into the waters. We saw gators a-plenty, a big buck, a flowering onion orchid, birds and fishes. The tour lasted well over 3 hours, so for... More

We do have problems with cell phone reception in the swamp and not being a road side tour some times directions to find me get a little hard.Usually someone answers the business phone and can direct you there but that is part of the adventure.I'm glad you enjoyed it and i hope to see y'all again.By the way my web...
